By creating an account or using PBDeploy, you agree to these Terms.
PBDeploy provides managed hosting automation for PocketBase instances and related tooling (provisioning, TLS, backups, CDN/Worker, email). We may update or modify the Service at any time and may discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Keep credentials secure; you're responsible for all activity under your account and by your users.
Monthly subscription charged per app at $15/month per app, with a special offer of $10/month for the first 50 apps. You authorize recurring charges for fees and applicable taxes. Auto-renew until canceled. Price changes may occur with ≥ 30 days' notice. Refunds are non-refundable unless required by law.
Plans include quotas (compute, storage, bandwidth, requests, backups). We may throttle, isolate, or suspend any workload that threatens stability, security, or other customers.
You own your data (databases, files, content). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and back up your data only to provide the Service. You're solely responsible for legality and third-party rights.
Region: us-east-1.
Automatic backups: performed daily and retained for 7 days. When an instance is deleted, the final automatic backup is retained for an additional 30 days before permanent removal.
Export: you may export your data anytime via the dashboard.
Deletion: upon cancellation or termination, instances are queued for deletion and all remaining backups are permanently removed after their retention periods. Minimal system logs may be kept for security or legal purposes.
We integrate with AWS SES for transactional email, AWS S3 for object storage, and Cloudflare for CDN & Workers. Use is subject to each provider's terms and enforcement. We are not liable for outages or policy actions by third parties and may replace providers without notice.
You may not use PBDeploy to:
Enforcement: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account or deployment we reasonably believe is involved in spam, scams, non-transactional email, abuse of third-party services, or other prohibited conduct — without notice or refund.
We don't pre-screen content and disclaim responsibility for hosted data. Report abuse or infringement to fabien@pbdeploy.com. We may disable access or request a counter-notice consistent with applicable law.
We maintain reasonable safeguards; you're responsible for your PocketBase admin credentials, domains, and API keys.

You = controller; PBDeploy = processor. We process data only to provide/support the Service.
Sub-processors: AWS (EC2, S3, SES), Cloudflare.
We may transfer/process data globally where those providers operate. You must give end-user privacy notices and obtain consents.
Target uptime 99.5 % monthly (best-effort, non-contractual). Downtime from customer code, third-party providers, or maintenance is excluded.

Betas are provided "as is" and may break or change without notice.
Unless you opt out via email, we may list your name/logo as a PBDeploy customer. Feedback may be used freely.
PBDeploy software, brand, and materials belong to Ragondin Dev Inc. No rights granted except as stated.
You may cancel anytime (via dashboard). We may suspend or terminate for non-payment, AUP breach, provider/legal request, or security risk. Data handled per §6.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
(a) NO INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; and
(b) TOTAL LIABILITY = FEES PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
You will defend and indemnify PBDeploy from third-party claims arising from your data, apps, or breach of these Terms/AUP.
You represent you're not on any sanctions list and will comply with export/sanctions laws.
We may update these Terms and will notify via email or dashboard for material changes. Continued use = acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Assignment requires our consent (not unreasonably withheld). If a provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective. Notices: fabien@pbdeploy.com. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding PBDeploy.
